These Terms of Service govern your use of ScorelyLab. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.

What ScorelyLab is

ScorelyLab provides football match analysis, model-based probability estimates, and related product features for informational purposes.

ScorelyLab is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets, and does not provide gambling services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and for keeping your credentials secure.

Accounts and tiers

Free and Premium features may differ. Premium access depends on a valid subscription through our payment provider.

We may change plan features, limits, or pricing with notice where required.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or redistribute protected content at scale, interfere with the product, or use ScorelyLab for unlawful activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

No betting advice

Model outputs, insights, and value spots are estimates and opinions, not guarantees of outcomes or financial advice.

You alone decide whether and how to use the information. Past accuracy does not predict future results.

Intellectual property

ScorelyLab branding, product UI, and original content belong to us or our licensors. Match data and logos may belong to third parties and are shown under applicable licenses.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScorelyLab is provided as-is, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on predictions, odds comparisons, downtime, or third-party services.
